Information about changing and cancelling appointments

If you like to change or cancel your appointment, please inform us two days in advance.
If you do not show up on time without any notice (until 24 hours in advance), we have to charge you a cancellation fee of 50%. This is because we want to improve our service towards customers on the waiting list. We appreciate your understanding.
