When Maki was a child, her dream was to become a hairdresser.

Maki worked for 15 years in Japanese hair salons where she was in charge of hairdressing, make-up and kimono dress-up. She continued her beauty career as a hair and make-up artist for TV, commercials and fashion shows at the Tokyo NHK TV station.

Maki is specialized in creating hair styles that are easy to care for and fun to style, as well as blow-drying and hair arranging. Hair, make-up and kimono dressing for events and media (TV, film, advertising, magazines) are also Maki’s expertise.
